Marchex to Report Fourth Quarter 2008 and Full Year 2008 Results on February 19

(NASDAQ: MCHX), a local search and performance advertising company, today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter 2008 and for the full year ended December 31, 2008 on February 19, 2009, at approximately 4:30 p.m. ET. At that time, Marchex will also post the press release on the News section of its corporate Web site (www.marchex.com/marchex-news/).
Following the release, management will hold a conference call, starting at 5:00 p.m. ET on February 19 to discuss the results and outlook for the company.
