(NASDAQ: MCHX), a leading performance marketing company, today announced that it will release financial results for its fourth quarter 2009 and for the full year ended December 31, 2009 on February 18, 2010 at approximately 4:30 p.m. ET. Following the release, management will hold a conference call, starting at 5:00 p.m. ET on February 18 to discuss the results and outlook for the company.
